On April 1, Wilde Wealth Management Group was proud to package and donate more than 600 pounds of food to the City of Scottsdale’s Brown Bag Program, which operates out of the Granite Reef Senior Center. The team worked to raise donations over the course of the past month through its Wilde for Arizona community outreach program.
“This program provides a weekly food bag to low-income seniors residing in Scottsdale. Many seniors in our community live on fixed incomes, which become challenged during the summer months when cooling bills skyrocket or when unplanned expenses occur,†said chief executive officer and co-founder Trevor Wilde, MBA, AIF®.
According to Wilde, during the course of the year, several hundred seniors receive the bags, filled with proteins, bread products, fruits and vegetables to supplement their food source.
“Since day one, we’ve operated under a commitment to service to both our clients and the community at large, empowering our team through Wilde for Arizona to be active members of the communities where we all work and live just like this," says Wilde.
According to Wilde, from sponsoring local sports teams to organizing fundraising events for nonprofits in need to simply donating to causes near and dear to our hearts, Wilde Wealth Management is making a difference in the lives of people across Arizona in every way it can. In addition to the Brown Bag Program, the organization is also active with Sunshine Acres, Child Crisis Arizona, Junior Achievement of Arizona and many more.
