Wilde Wealth Management Group Announces Plans to Double Headquarters
By Alison Bailin - Thursday Sep 30, 2021
Wilde Wealth Management Group, an award-winning financial advisory firm that provides comprehensive retirement, investment, real estate, insurance, legal and tax planning services all under one roof, has begun construction on an expansion to its Scottsdale headquarter office, which is located at 7025 N. Scottsdale Road. Once complete later this fall, the headquarters will double the size of its space from 6,000 square feet to 12,000 square feet.

This announcement comes on the heels of a period of tremendous growth for the firm – which already had sister Arizona offices located in Glendale, Tempe, Tucson and Payson – as the team expanded into the California market with the opening of an office in San Luis Obispo on August 9. The expansion into California was preceded by Wilde Wealth’s partnership and affiliation with Premier Wealth Management in Albuquerque, Self Wealth Management in Scottsdale, Mosaic Financial Associates in Tempe, and the transition of Chris Smith Investments in Payson to Wilde Wealth Management Group Payson, all over the past 18 months. Wilde Wealth also deepened its partnership with Tucson’s JRS Wealth Management and Hallmark Financial – affiliates first announced in 2019 – in 2021 by welcoming Tim Lewis and Benjamin Fernandez as Wilde Wealth’s first formal Tucson team members. Both JRS and Hallmark have also updated their respective logos to include Wilde Wealth Management Group’s brand.

“Given our investment in our physical growth, we are similarly investing in growing our team as well,” says Trevor Wilde, “We are actively recruiting for seasoned finance professionals to join our team both at the headquarter office and across Arizona, with a focus on those who offer specialized support. The aim through the growth campaign is to both to bring more specialized expertise in house for our clients and current advisors as well as to support new advisors to the team with our host of vetted, in-house resources at their fingertips.”

By way of example, Wilde partnered with Mosaic Financial Associates last year as the firm specializes in collaborative and highly strategic financial plans for individuals and medical professionals across the country.

“We have a particular interest in bringing in health insurance and property and casualty insurance experts as well as seasoned female financial professionals to join chief financial officer Janenne Lackey and chief operating officer Jackie Yoder,” says Wilde.

In an effort to accelerate recruiting efforts, in addition to serving as chief operating officer of the firm, Yoder will also serve as strategic growth visionary within the firm focused on recruiting and retaining quality talent to become part of Wilde’s team.

According to Yoder, the firm is committed to fostering a diverse workplace, both through its local Wilde Wealth Management Diversity Committee as well as on a national level, notably with investment advisor representative Andrew Sampson serving on Cetera’s Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging Advisory Council.

“I am also seeking talent that is committed to this community as to his/her/their clients,” says Yoder, who serves on the board of directors for Chrysalis and oversees the firm’s Wilde for Arizona Community Outreach Program, which engages all of its offices on volunteer efforts and fundraisers on a regular basis.

Yoder and Wilde are also seeking talent with the highest level of integrity and a personalized approach to client service.

These are traits also paramount to founder and chief executive officer Trevor Wilde, MBA, AIF®, who Barron’s named its annual list of top 1,200 advisors nationwide and No. 2 overall in Arizona earlier this year. This is Wilde’s 13th consecutive year being honored and his 3rd year in a row among the top five advisors in Arizona. This most recent honor from Barron’s comes on the heels of Forbes naming Wilde – who serves on the boards of both Child Crisis Arizona and Junior Achievement and is a member of the Forbes Council and the Young Entrepreneur Council – to its 2021 Best-In-State Wealth Advisors list. In total, 99 advisors from across Arizona were named to this prestigious list, with Wilde being named the No. 2 overall advisor statewide.

“We want the best for our clients and our community, which means we need to both attract and retain the best to do so,” says Wilde.
