Soccer Fans Invited to Enjoy Music, Food and Fun in the WaterDance Plaza

Westgate Entertainment District is hosting La Fiebre del Futbol Fiesta on Thursday, June 29 from 2-6 p.m. in its WaterDance Plaza.

La Fiebre del Futbol Fiesta, presented by Estrella Jalisco and La Campesina 101.9 FM, is a pre-game concert happening just a soccer field’s length away from the 2023 Concacaf Gold Cup at State Farm Stadium.

This event will feature an open-air beer garden and Latin music guests. The lineup is as follows:

• 2-3 p.m.: DJ Osuna
• 3-3:45 p.m.: Los Morros de la Perla
• 4-4:45 p.m.: Los Del Limit
• 5-5:45 p.m.: Alta Consigna

“The Latin community is beyond excited that two major artists, Alta Consigna and Los Del Limit, are on the lineup for this event,” said Juan Benavidez, account executive for La Campesina 101.9 FM. “It is only their second time in Phoenix, so the community is hyped! We are also honored to feature and an amazing local group, Los Morros De la Perla.”

In addition to the festivities in the plaza, Westgate Entertainment District has over 20 surrounding restaurants that eventgoers can enjoy.

“Westgate will be buzzing with a ton of soccer fans on the 29th and we anticipate our restaurants will be packed for this mega-event,” said Jessica Kubicki, the director of marketing for YAM Properties. “We highly recommend arriving to the event early and grabbing a seat at one of our eateries.”
