Gilbert Retail and Dining Center Enters “Verde 2.0” After Finalizing Construction Phase

Verde at Cooley Station, a mixed-use, walkable center in Gilbert, is finalizing construction and is almost fully leased and ready to enter a consumer-focused phase to fulfill its original vision.

“When we purchased the property in 2019, my business partner Jerry Slusky and I were excited about the expansive green space that provided a great canvas for events,” said Norman Brody, a managing partner. “Verde at Cooley Station was built to be a destination and hub for local families and visitors, and we are thrilled to enter a new era of family-friendly fun!”

To bring the fun to the green, Verde at Cooley Station is offering a new event series that will include live outdoor music, cars and coffee, movie nights and more. These events will join “Playdate on the Green,” fun for youngsters ages three and younger, which happens two Tuesdays each month.

“From the beginning, we’ve hosted events for families, and we are excited to build upon these offerings with larger-scale events,” said Jerry Slusky, a partner. “We envision Verde at Cooley Station to become the heartbeat of Gilbert and are looking forward to welcoming in locals and visitors!”

As part of this new era that the center is referring to as “Verde 2.0”, they have redesigned their online presence with a brand-new website look and feel. This new site is easy to navigate and helps visitors see all the unique tenant offerings. Verde at Cooley Station offers a range of dining options including Frostails Korean Dessert House, Crust Simply Italian, Hash Kitchen, Decadent Macaron, The Brass Tap and Vitality Bowls. Verde is also a health and wellness hot-spot, with fitness tenants Coach Pain Academy and OHM Fitness and wellness tenants Skinfinity Medspa, Parlour One Salon, Cha-Nails Lounge and We Whiten. Patrons can also shop retail stores Sophie May Boutique, Sip & Shop and Pixie Sticks Dog Boutique. New tenants that will open soon in Verde at Cooley Station include sneakybird (never fried chicken), Shatera Mediterranean Restaurant, Alfreditos Seafood, Origen Mexican Cuisine, Reece Bath + Kitchen, Sole Sports Running Zone and Zero Latency (virtual reality studio).
