Reece Bath + Kitchen, Optika Eyecare and Crispy Cones Will Welcome Customers this Fall/Winter in Gilbert

GILBERT, Ariz. – Verde at Cooley Station, a mixed-use, walkable center in Gilbert, is excited to welcome Reece Bath + Kitchen, Optika Eyecare and Crispý Cones to its tenant mix this fall/winter.

Reece Bath + Kitchen, a third generation-run company, has an impressive global distribution network with over 200 branches in the United States, specializing in plumbing, waterworks, HVAC and front-of-wall bath and kitchen products. The company has extensive service and product offerings, and its latest addition of a Reece Bath + Kitchen showroom in Gilbert showcases a selection of carefully curated plumbing, appliances, hardware and tile from trusted vendor partners. Reece Bath + Kitchen will be in a 6,097-square-foot suite in Verde and is expected to open in the 2nd quarter of 2024. This will be the second Arizona location.

Optika Eyecare is a full-service optometric practice that takes eyecare center to the next level. The owner, Dr. Milita Petrauskaite, was inspired to move away from an outdated, sterile and dry doctor’s office environment and transition to a modern, welcoming, fun practice. Optika will provide personalized, high-quality patient care, services, products and fashion-forward eyewear in an efficient, sustainable and innovative way, utilizing modern day technology to ensure the best vision potential necessary to lead happy and successful lives. Optika Eyecare will be in a 1,204-square-foot suite in Verde and is expected to open later this year.

“We are using our eyes to an extent that we have not before, and visual demand can be vastly different among one another,” said Dr. Petrauskaite. “Understanding this, I see a great need for individualized and personalized eye care services which cannot be achieved in a 10–15-minute exam. Each patient at Optika Eyecare will get the time and attention they deserve so that nobody feels rushed or leaves with unanswered questions.”

Crispý Cones is revolutionizing the soft serve ice cream cone business. The sweet treats served at Crispý Cones are famous in European countries. A Crispý Cone is a fresh dough cone, grilled rotisserie-style and covered with cinnamon and sugar or a specialty powder. The cone is filled with the customer’s choice of gourmet soft-serve ice cream, fruit, or other filling, and a variety of delicious toppings. Crispý Cones third location in Arizona will be in a 1,218-square-foot suite in Verde and is expected to open in late, 2023.
