The Orlando, FL event is presented by The National Association of Home Builders and co-sponsored by Wells Fargo Home Mortgage.

The Nationals salutes and honors the best in the building industry – including home builders, developers, associates, and consultants – for their determination, integrity, creativity, and endurance. Winners are selected in a four-day judging process by a panel of 13 industry professionals from a field of more than 1,200 entries.

• Best Single Family Detached Model Home 3,501 square feet to 4,000 square feet (Reserves Estates at Eastmark)
