Scottsdale-based Thomas Title & Escrow is proud to announce it has hired two new VPs to help lead the title company into its phase in both the Arizona and Texas markets.
Kristin Guadagno joins Thomas Title & Escrow as Vice President, Senior Commercial Escrow Officer and Escrow Operations Manager. She brings more than 20 years of experience in the title and escrow industry, including positions in human resources, escrow administration and branch management, throughout her career. She takes pride in efficiently and proactively facilitating a wide range of transactions, including high liability commercial, builder, investor and assemblage.
Guadagno currently serves on the board of the Arizona State Escrow Association and holds Certified Escrow Officer and Certified Escrow Instructor designations. An Arizona native, Guadagno graduated with honors from University of Phoenix with a degree in business management.
George Seevers comes to Thomas Title & Escrow as Vice President, Commercial Sales Manager. Seevers is responsible for leading Thomas Title’s national commercial sales team in achieving long-term growth and enhance strategic local and national partnerships.
An accomplished business professional with more than 20 years in the commercial real estate industry, Seevers has a proven track record in dynamic leadership, vision and optimizing business strategies for sustainable growth. An Arizona State University graduate, Seevers has called Arizona his home for more than 30 years.
