The Wrigley Mansion Debuts Reimagined Sunday Brunch
By Lisa Padilla - Monday Nov 30, 2020
The Wrigley Mansion is delighted to debut its reimagined Sunday Brunch on Sunday, November 29. After extensive renovations and the mansion’s reopening for lunch and dinner on November 17, the historic property unveils a new brunch format along with new menus from Chef de Cuisine Ashley Goddard and Pastry Chef Joel Gonzalez. Sunday Brunch reservations are now open for booking via Tock.

The mansion’s reimagined Sunday Brunch brings the bountiful buffet that many once knew directly to the guest’s table through family-style platters of fresh fruit, breakfast pastries, and mini desserts galore from Pastry Chef Joel Gonzalez as well as guéridons roving about the dining room displaying small plates such as smoked salmon, shrimp, roasted vegetable salad, imported and domestic cheeses, and charcuterie.

Chef Ashley Goddard also offers made-to-order brunch entrées changing seasonally such as Cinnamon Waffles with pumpkin creme, Cajun Style Turkey with seasonal stuffing hash, Verlasso Salmon with fall vegetable and tarragon cream, and Slow Roasted Prime Rib with Yukon potatoes, au jus, and horseradish cream. Luxe enhancements are also available including the Black River Caviar with Crème Frâiche, and brioche toast ($90), Seared Foie Gras ($30), Hangar Steak and Eggs ($20), and Shaved Black Truffles (MP). Brunch-goers can enjoy their brunch with endless cava or mimosas for an additional $10, and also receive access to a menu of more than 1200 wine labels from the Wrigley Mansion’s wine cellar, a list curated by Wine Director and CEO Paola Embry with a brand new section dedicated to local Arizona wines.

Taking safety precautions for guests and staff seriously, the Wrigley Mansion team has implemented extensive safety and sanitation procedures to ensure the health of all guests and employees. These new measures include mandating employees to wear face coverings, frequent sanitizing of all public spaces, spacing of tables, offering single-use paper menus or digital menus, implementing contactless payment, and utilizing private dining rooms for intimate dining experiences.

Brunch is served every Sunday from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Pricing is $54++ per adult and $32++ per child ages 5-12. Outdoor seating with breathtaking views of the city and surrounding landscape is also available, weather permitting. Reservations for brunch dining, tours, and more can be made via Tock.
