The Rosticceria Debuts New Menu Items

Following the success of its December grand opening, Abruzzo-style Italian eatery, The Rosticceria, is excited to announce its newest lineup of Rome-inspired dishes. Available now and lead by award-winning Chef Joey Maggiore, the new menu promises diners a taste of Italy, with dishes ranging from fresh seafood to hot honey Neapolitan pizza.

The new menu items include:

Baked Chicken Alfredo – cavatelle pasta with pulled rotisserie chicken, parmigiano cream sauce and mozzarella.
Chicken Cutlet ‘Parm’ Sandwich – chicken cutlet with tomato herb sauce, fresh mozzarella served on top of ciabatta bun.
Chicken Francese – an egg-battered chicken breast served with lemon capers and wine sauce.
Fried Bruschetta – fried dough with heirloom tomato, Stracciatella cheese and torn basil.
Hot Honey & Salami Pizza – the famous fried Neapolitan pizza served with San Marzano tomato, salame Toscano, Bufala mozzarella topped with Calabrian honey.
Italian Sausage Burger – an Italian sausage patty served with caramelized onions and peppers, Auricchio provolone then topped with an herb demi.
Jumbo Prawn Parmigiano – herb breadcrumb dusted prawns with white wine and San Marzano tomato sauce with fresh mozzarella.
Mixed Grill – herb rubbed, skewered and wood fired meats from the Abruzzo region of Italy. Featuring Italian sausage, jumbo prawns oreganata and filet mignon medallions, served with Rosticceria potatoes.
Prosciutto Spiedini – fontanilla cheese wrapped with prosciutto that is chargrilled with rosemary and extra virgin olive oil.
Swordfish Puttanesca – wood-grilled fresh swordfish topped with red onion, olives, capers and tomato wine.
The Rosticceria Sandwich – salame Toscano and shaved porchetta with Mozzarella Di Bufala and roasted peppers, topped with Calabrian honey.

The newest concept by local restaurant powerhouse team The Maggiore Group, The Rosticceria, features Abruzzo-style cooking with a menu collection of wood-fired meats with an Italian twist. Menu favorites include Arizona’s only authentic Neapolitan fried pizza, rotisserie chicken and porchetta, a savory Italian culinary tradition. Other Italian staples on the menu include calzones, paninis, arrosticini (herb rubbed skewered wood-fired meats) and desserts including zeppole, pizzelle, Italian s’mores, a craft cocktail menu featuring Meringue Limoncello Margaritas, Joey’s Negroni, Cristina’s Aperol Spritz and a build-your-own soft serve gelato shake bar with over 40 toppings offered.
