The Common Luxury Apartment Community Now Open in Arcadia Lite
By Alison M Walsh - Monday May 15, 2023
The Common (https://www.thecommonphoenix.com/), a new 130-unit multifamily community offering studios, one- and two-bedroom apartments, is now open. Conveniently located on 32nd Street, just north of Indian School Road in Phoenix, The Common offers contemporary living adjacent to the highly sought after Biltmore and Arcadia neighborhoods.

Located at 4225 N. 32nd Street, The Common was designed to offer residents an upscale, high-tech community to gather and connect. Ranging in size from 510 to 1,446 square feet, each apartment home has dedicated GIGABIT fiber internet, offering high bandwidth availability throughout The Common community. The beautifully landscaped indoor/outdoor social spaces offer plush seating, fire-pits, large screen televisions, cooking and catering kitchens and gaming, all with ample power to plug-in and connect via private and secure WiFi throughout the entire property. Other features include private underground parking, secured access, EV charging stations, climate-controlled corridors, a pet spa, a 24-hour fitness center and a heated and cooled swimming pool for year-round enjoyment.

In addition to GIGABIT fiber internet and property wide WiFi, all apartment homes feature smart door locks with secured access via smartphone, smart thermostats, wood-inspired plank flooring, expansive dual-pane windows and ceilings, gourmet kitchens with quartz countertops and tile backsplash, stainless steel appliances, full sized washers and dryers, and ceiling fans in living and bedroom areas. Homes on the fourth floor offer spectacular mountain and city views as well as upgraded finishes.

“This project in particular was a labor of love and very meaningful to me and to our partners,” said Mike Hsiung, founder and principal of Phoenix Rising Investments. “We hope people enjoy and interact throughout the indoor-outdoor gathering spaces and feel a sense of community at The Common.”

With close proximity to Camelback Mountain, the Phoenix Mountain Preserve, Biltmore Fashion Park, and popular Arcadia eateries, The Common is conveniently located less than two miles from mountain trails, fantastic dining, grocers such as Sprouts Farmers Market and AJ’s, shopping, entertainment and so much more. Provisions, a specialty coffee roaster, cocktail bar, and eatery, as well as Original ChopShop, a neighborhood eatery offering healthy meals such as grilled protein bowls, superfruit bowls, and fresh juices, are located just a short walk north of The Common.

“Residents love our location and onsite amenity spaces,” said Paige Stabley, community manager at The Common. “We’re so excited to welcome our new residents and look forward to seeing our gathering spaces come to life.”

Leasing and space plans are also underway for the 11,000 square feet of office space on the first floor of The Common, with tenant improvement build out slated to begin this calendar year.

The Common was developed by Phoenix Rising Investments, designed by Nelsen Partners, built by Willmeng Construction and is professionally managed by P.B. Bell.
