Tempe Marketplace will welcome two new tenants in early 2021 and will bring two additional tenants in 2021 and 2022, totaling more than 50,780 square-feet. Sephora, Twin Peaks and The Beauty District will introduce additional experiences to the shopping center’s evolving mix of shopping, dining and entertainment options.

Twin Peaks, the “ultimate sports lodge,” will open at Tempe Marketplace in February. The 7,500 square-foot ground-up restaurant build found its home on the last lot of undeveloped land at Tempe Marketplace, speaking to the strength of the Tempe Marketplace and Twin Peaks brands, even during a pandemic. Boasting a delicious menu of scratch-made food, ice-cold beer and 102 flat screen TVs, Twin Peaks is the perfect location to cheer on your favorite team. The Beauty District Salon Suites, is expanding into Tempe Marketplace Fall 2021. The Beauty District is your new beauty destination.  All your beauty services are under one roof, with high-end suites of hair salons, nail salons, brow studios, skincare spas and many more.  Located in a 10,000 square-foot space, The Beauty District provides a clean, modern, luxe aesthetic for beauty professionals to be their own boss. The Beauty District features a virtual receptionist for guests to check-in, an elite community hair processing area, complimentary towel service, and unrivaled amenities that will excite beauty professionals and their clientele.  The Beauty District will be located near Five Below on the southwest side of the shopping center.
