Southwest Behavioral & Health Services Promotes Dominic Miller to Chief Operating Officer

Dominic Miller, LMSW, MPA has been promoted to Chief Operating Officer at Southwest Behavioral & Health Services (SB&H). Miller will oversee the day-to-day program operations functions of the organization.

Well-established in the healthcare industry, Miller most recently served as vice president of outpatient services, providing oversight for operations at SB&H locations across Maricopa, Gila, Yavapai, and Coconino counties. He has provided leadership over targeted investment initiatives throughout the entire organization and spearheaded co-location partnerships with various primary care providers throughout Central Arizona.

“Since joining SB&H, Dominic has distinguished himself as a dynamic operational leader,” said CEO Steven Sheets. “His demonstrated ability to lead and execute our strategy will be a tremendous asset in his new role. Dominic is well-respected among his peers, and I couldn’t be happier to have him as a part of our executive leadership team.”

Miller earned his Bachelor and Master of Social Work and a Master of Public Administration from Arizona State University. He is licensed by the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners as a Licensed Master Social Worker.
