(PHOENIX – Dec. 20, 2021) Southwest Behavioral & Health Services (SB&H) partnered with M2 Wellness to roll out a “Go In To Peace Out†holiday team-building, kindness experience for its high-needs case management team. The December 15 event provided workshops and guided meditation at SB&H’s administration building located in Phoenix.
According to SB&H Director of High-Risk Populations Marcie Herzog, “My team provides a valuable yet sometimes stressful service to the community. The mobile mindfulness studio offers an opportunity for my team to learn and practice tools that will support their overall mental and emotional well-being today and in the future.â€
M2’s highly trained teachers deliver mindfulness training that can improve performance and enhance culture at all levels of the organization.
According to M2 founder Susan West, “We provide a place of calm where people connect and feel more capable and fulfilled. Partnering with Southwest Behavioral & Health Services to provide mindfulness training to its high-needs case management staff is a testament to the organization’s commitment to the people who are serving our community’s underserved populations. M2 provides resources, tools and inspiration to improve mental health and well-being, while building workplace relationships and community.â€
