Solv Health App Teams Up with Local Providers to Launch COVID Test Finder

There are available COVID tests that go unused each day because consumers aren’t sure how to find a nearby site or they are frustrated by long waits.
COVID testing is critical to getting Phoenix residents back to work and kids back to school, but many people are still having difficulty finding a test, or are stuck in long lines at clinics and waiting 9-12 days to receive their results, all while the virus continues to affect Arizonans.
Over the past three weeks, cases increased by 49% and tests increased by 40%. Of known test results from last week, 12% have come back positive, and that high percentage of positive tests means there is not enough broad testing and the virus is widespread.
Solv, a mobile app that helps book same-day healthcare appointments, has teamed up with several local Phoenix area healthcare providers, including Nextcare, and launched a COVID test finder. You can locate a nearby COVID or antibody testing site and skip a long wait by scheduling a same or next-day appointment. As of this week, there are now 58 Valley testing locations now online and the majority are bookable directly through the Solv app, with nearly 1,800 tests available per day at those locations.
The Solv Health app will also be able to help consumers identify the testing sites where rapid test results are available, which could be critical to stopping the spread in Phoenix.
