The Ravenscroft is proud to host The Valley Jazz Cooperative’s Indigo and Cerulean Big Bands as they present their Spring Performance on Saturday, April 6th. Starting at 7pm, this performance will showcase the hard work these talented young creatives have put into to their craft.

Directed by VJC Founder Russell Schmidt, students from the program will be performing a wide variety of repertoire while taking the audience through a journey of musical excellence by mixing historically significant composers and modern-day writers.

Founded in 2016, The Valley Jazz Cooperative is an educational outreach of the MSW Ministries focused on expanding the creativity of VJC members by developing improvisation skills and learning the language of jazz.
