Salt and Lime Modern Mexican Grill in Scottsdale is proud to announce a donation total of $9,476 across six Valley nonprofits in the first half of 2023 through its ‘Chips for Charity’ fundraising program.

Every month, guests can help support the spotlighted nonprofit through the purchase of an unlimited $5 basket of chips. At the end of the month, Salt and Lime donates half of the total sales of chips and salsa to the highlighted charitable organization.

“The Chips for Charity program was established to make a positive impact in the community by partnering with different local charities each month,” says Sandra Van Deraa, owner of Salt and Lime Modern Mexican Grill. “We are immensely grateful for the support and enthusiasm shown by our customers, as well as the dedication of these nonprofits in making a difference in the lives of those they serve.”

In the first half of 2023, Salt and Lime donated to six nonprofits located throughout the Valley. These include; Pearce Family Foundation, The Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central & Northern Arizona, Special Olympics Arizona, Comfort Bears in a Catastrophe, RaeRae of Light and Fearless Kitty Rescue.

As Salt and Lime looks ahead to the second half of 2023, the Scottsdale restaurant remains committed to supporting charitable causes and invites its customers and the community to join them on this philanthropic journey.
