Rocky Mountain Emmy Awards Presents 2022 Nominees

The Rocky Mountain Southwest Chapter of the National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences has released its full lineup of awards nominations, which will be showcased at the 45th annual Rocky Mountain Emmy Awards ceremony on Saturday, October 1 at Chateau Luxe in Phoenix.

The Rocky Mountain Emmy Awards honors an array of exceptional TV production professionals throughout Arizona, New Mexico, Utah and El Centro, California in categories including news, sports, environment, entertainment, weather, politics, education and business.

“We are thrilled to acknowledge and celebrate our 2022 nominees,” said Doug Mummert, National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences’ Rocky Mountain Southwest Chapter president. “The work in this year’s program is compelling, innovative and groundbreaking, and we are excited to announce the recipients at the awards ceremony on October 1.”

The Rocky Mountain Southwest Chapter will also recognize outstanding high school and college level students who have excelled in television production. Students will receive awards in a variety of categories including news reporting, music video, fiction and nonfiction, sports, talent, public service announcement and commercial.
