The award honors dynamic innovators and trailblazers that are changing Arizona’s business landscape through leadership, visionary thinking, and philanthropy.

Risas puts patients first by offering flexible payment plans and services that are 30-40% lower than the industry average prices. Risas offices are open Monday through Saturday from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. to help patients find a time that works for their busy schedules.

Philanthropy is at the heart of Risas Dental’s culture through their ‘Give to Grow’ program. The company’s charitable efforts have provided over $9 million in free dental care. Their signature event, Labor of Love, has become a beloved tradition and helps residents receive free dental care services they may not have afforded otherwise.

In 2021, Labor of Love provided $500,000 in free treatment and over $680,000 in 2022, serving over 1,500 patients each year. Additionally, every February for National Children’s Dental Health Month, Risas’ doctors provide dental education to elementary schools and dental goodie bags to each student.
