Building off years of experience working with youth, brother and sister team Kevin and Jessie Kemper recently launched a brand-new online math tutoring program called My Math Experts.

The new platform differentiates itself from competitors as all instruction is online and one-on-one while all tutors boast 10 or more years of verified math tutoring experience or is a former classroom math teacher.

Prior to launching My Math Experts (MME), Kevin Kemper owned and operated a Mathnasium math learning center in North Central Phoenix for nearly a decade. His sister Jessie has spent her career as a child life specialist at Phoenix Children’s Hospital. Together they created the My Math Experts system and platform as a way to serve others and utilize their experience working with children and knowledge of how to help them succeed.

“We are here to help students and families take math stress out of their lives,” says Kevin Kemper “With our system, we know we’ll have great outcomes so we even offer grade guarantees in many cases. Our tutors are truly excellent, the instruction is one on one, and we provide oversight of a unified plan with accountability, and it works.”

My Math Experts is an outcomes focused system with emphasis on homework and standardized test prep materials. To begin the tutoring program, a math skills and learning style assessment is conducted while also defining goals and the student providing current class or standardized exam materials to the MME director. An in-depth analysis along with a Success Plan including measurable and attainable goals is delivered to the student prior to beginning instruction.

The assessment and success plan generation are currently free with no commitment required.

“After the last few years, it’s been proven that students can effectively learn online, especially in a one-to-one atmosphere with experts, and online learning creates huge efficiencies that we want to share with students and tutors,” says Kemper. “We are trying to take pressure off of families, so we want to help students learn through the lessons and materials that they are already responsible to complete.”
