By Claire Natale - Tuesday Oct 31, 2023
Michelle Jenson Joins Scottsdale-Based Multifamily Real Estate Company to Oversee Property Management and Business Development

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. – P.B. Bell announced today that Michelle Jenson, an exceptional talent in the multifamily housing space, has joined the team as the new chief property officer overseeing property management.
Jenson, a powerhouse in the industry, joins the team with more than 20 years of multifamily property management experience in the Phoenix metropolitan area. She served in nearly every multifamily role, growing from a leasing consultant to assistant manager, to community manager, to regional property manager and finally to VP of operations.

Jenson has a history of putting her people first and her values align wonderfully with P.B. Bell’s. She has repeatedly been recognized for facilitating outstanding performance, cost savings and revenue growth. Jenson exemplifies strong leadership, dedication and performance in all facets of the multihousing industry.

“I consider myself a good leader because I prioritize the needs of the team and their wellbeing,” said Jenson. “I motivate them by staying positive, passionate and energetic about their growth, so they can reach their full potential.”

In her new role with P.B. Bell, Jenson will be responsible for the company’s property management operations as well as growing the portfolio. This includes all functions of the P.B. Bell Property Management Division as well as all new business development activities.

“P.B. Bell has always had a great reputation and happy employees,” said Jenson. “I was very impressed with the long employee tenure and felt an immediate fit within the culture.”

Prior to joining P.B. Bell, Jenson held Leadership and Business Development roles at SRG Residential, Greystar and RPM Living. In 2018, Jenson was named Arizona Multihousing Association’s Property Supervisor of the Year. She earned her CAM Designation in 2009, holds her Arizona Real Estate License and currently sits on the Arizona Board of Directors for the AMA, which she has been a part of for over 20 years.

"We interviewed a number of very qualified candidates, however when we met Michelle, it was evident she not only has years of industry experience here in the Valley, but her values align with ours," said P.B. Bell Chief Executive Officer Chapin Bell. "When we asked Michelle what she felt was her best quality, her response was caring for her people."
Michelle Jenson is replacing Debbie Willis, who announced her retirement from P.B. Bell in June after serving 40 years with the company.

“We are confident that Michelle will do an incredible job and continue fostering our company culture,” said Bell. “We thank Debbie for her years of service to P.B. Bell and wish her rest, relaxation and joy in her retirement doing the things she enjoys most, including riding and caring for horses.
