Local breakfast restaurant Over Easy is taking over the Valley. The award-winning concept announced today that it has signed leases for seven new locations, taking the local breakfast to a total of 20 operating storefronts throughout Arizona.

Over Easy currently has 13 operating restaurants across Arizona including its two newest storefronts located at 67th Ave & Deer Valley in Glendale, which opened in September, and at 601 Piccadilly Drive in Flagstaff, which opened earlier this month. Continuing to be a leader in the power breakfast category, the uniquely branded modern diner’s new locations will offer the same fresh creative made-from-scratch menu along with day-time cocktails created to provide guests a memorable dining experience.

San Tan (Val Vista & Germann) - Set to open mid 2025
