What: Come together with other members and businesses in the community for an educational breakfast featuring keynote speaker Dr. Anna Lembke, New York Times bestselling author of “Dopamine Nation.”

Who: Open to all members of the community who want to support prevention education, early intervention and mental and behavioral health resources for teens and young adults.

When: Thursday, November 10, 2022, at 8:30 a.m.

Why: In partnership with Meadows Behavioral Healthcare, notMYkid is excited to bring this educational opportunity to our Arizona community. This event helps participants explore youth mental health and the impact of overconsumption in a dopamine-overloaded world, learn more about notMYkid’s mission, and how to get involved and be a more present parent or guardian in the lives of the children we raise.
