New Menu Items Bloom for Spring at Grimaldi’s Pizzeria

PHOENIX – Grimaldi’s Pizzeria welcomes the spirit of spring with the debut of its enticing Garden of Flavors seasonal menu on March 5. The spring menu will feature an array of new offerings, including pizzas, salads, and desserts crafted to evoke the vibrant essence of the season with bold and savory flavors.
Garden of Flavors seasonal menu items include:
• Oven-Roasted Artichoke Salad: Seasoned coal-fired artichokes tossed with cucumbers, red onions and arugula in a lemon vinaigrette.
• Bacon & Asparagus with Hot Honey Pizza: Pesto-based pizza topped with bacon, red onions, garlic and asparagus cooked to perfection and finished with Mike’s® Extra Hot Honey.
• Banana Cream Cheesecake: Ripe bananas, cream cheese and secret ingredients on a Nilla wafer crust, topped with a whipped cream rose and crushed Nilla wafers.
• Churro Cheesecake: Signature cheesecake batter elevated with cinnamon and brown sugar on a Nilla wafer crust, topped with a whipped cream rose, cinnamon and sugar.
In addition to the new seasonal menu items, Grimaldi’s is revamping its main menu with the following additions:
• Tractor® Organic Iced Teas: Grimaldi’s is proud to partner with Tractor to offer guests 4 flavor options: Unsweetened Black Tea, Unsweetened Green Tea, Sweet Tea, and Mandarin Cardamom Refresher.
• Apple Walnut Salad: Baby spinach, Granny Smith apples, walnuts and red onion tossed with balsamic dressing and topped with Gorgonzola crumbles.
• Barbecue Chicken Pizza: a spin on our traditional pizza with Sweet Baby Ray’s Barbecue Sauce, chicken, smoky bacon, red onion and garnished with fresh cilantro.
• Exxtra Pepperoni & Hot Honey Pizza: extra pepperoni and garlic on your choice of traditional or white base, drizzled with Mike’s Hot Honey – Extra Hot.
• Espresso Martini: Tito's Handmade Vodka and sweetened cold brew, shaken and served up with a sugar rim.
Grimaldi’s Bridge Board is also getting an update for spring. Grimaldi’s version of a charcuterie board with seasonal, rotating ingredients now includes an assortment of Italian meats and cheeses accompanied by antipasto peppers, assorted olives and seasoned coal-fired artichokes, served with a side of bread. Dine-in guests have the option to order the Bridge Board Bundle which adds a bottle of Coppola Rosso & Bianco in your choice of red or white with The Bridge Board for a delicious price of $30.
