Millionaire Mastermind Academy and Scottsdale Center for the Performing Arts Hosting Entrepreneur Summit Sept. 15

The Millionaire Mastermind Academy and the Scottsdale Center for the Performing Arts will host the free United Diversity Business Summit on Sept. 15 from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. bringing together a selection of business experts and CEOs sharing innovative approaches and best practices to improve Arizona’s Economic growth outcomes with minority business owners and entrepreneurs.
The theme of the all-day summit is “Enhancing the Entrepreneurial Ecosystem,†with workshops on measuring diversity and inclusion initiatives, mentoring minority entrepreneurs, accessing capital and more. Distinguished leaders from Greater Phoenix Economic Council, Arizona Commerce Authority and more will cover topics such as financial literacy, driving industry transformation, advancing black entrepreneurs, and measuring diversity and inclusivity initiatives, among others.
"In the current social and economic environment, minority business owners and entrepreneurs are in need of resources and educational courses to empower their growth, " said said Dr. Velma Trayham, Founder of Millionaire Mastermind Academy and CEO of Thinkzilla Consulting Group. "We’ve had great success in creating programs to advance business opportunities for Black and minority-owned businesses and are excited to share our strategy and experience with Arizona and help pave the way for economic empowerment for entrepreneurs and business owners.â€
The summit is designed as a recovery mechanism to grow small and medium businesses and provide opportunities to support diversification and inclusion initiatives. Keynote speakers include: Sandra Watson, President and CEO of the Arizona Commerce Authority; Dr. Velma Trayham, Founder of the Millionaire Mastermind Academy and CEO of Thinkzilla; Robin Reed, President and CEO of the Black Chamber of Arizona; Chris Camacho, President and CEO of the Greater Phoenix Economic Council; Mayor of Scottsdale David Ortega; Danny Seidon, President and CEO of Blaylock Van; Eric Standifer, President and CEO of Greater Phoenix Leadership; and Art Hamilton, founder of the Art Hamilton Group.
