Los Altos Ranch Market Round up the Register Campaign Raises $25,543 for Phoenix Children’s Hospital
By Christina Caldwell - Thursday Nov 19, 2020
With the help of the community at large, the Valley’s seven Los Altos Ranch Market locations raised more than $25,543 for the health, hope and healing at Phoenix Children’s Hospital during Hispanic Heritage Month for their Round Up at the Register Campaign. The donation comes at a critical time for healthcare because medical needs for children do not stop during a pandemic.

During the 5th annual fundraiser, from October 2-November 1, Los Altos Ranch Market customers were given the opportunity to donate any amount to Phoenix Children’s Hospital at the register, including rounding up their purchase to the nearest dollar amount. Combined with this year’s efforts, since its inception, Los Altos Ranch Market’s Round Up at the Register campaign has provided more than $171,000 to Phoenix Children’s Hospital’s Hope Fund, the Hospital’s greatest area of need, which supports more than 60 of the programs and services funded solely or significantly through philanthropy.

“Los Altos Ranch Market’s ongoing support means so much to our hospital, especially at a time like this,” said Steve Schnall, senior vice president and chief development officer at Phoenix Children’s Hospital Foundation. “We cannot thank Los Altos and the community at large enough for their ongoing support during Hispanic Heritage Month.”
