Live Beautifully at $5.25 Million Virtual ICONIC HAUS Starting Nov. 27

While the COVID-19 pandemic has upended many plans in 2020, ICONIC LIFE Digital Luxury Lifestyle Magazine will continue to innovate and celebrate the luxe life during ICONIC HAUS, an all-virtual designer showhouse that puts 22 marquis and award-winning design talents under one roof for a 18-day show, November 27-December 13, on, the magazine’s tour app and a glamorous print edition of ICONIC LIFE. Proceeds from ICONIC HAUS benefit Phoenix Children’s Hospital’s Heart Center.

The stunning, $5.25 million “Mod-iterranean” estate boasts 11,000 square-feet under one roof. Located in uber-chic Paradise Valley, ICONIC HAUS is a modern perspective on Mediterranean design as envisioned by award-winning architect Mark Candelaria. ICONIC LIFE partnered with TEMAC Development, Candelaria Design and The Joffe Group to bring this masterpiece to life and showcase the finest in design, innovation in home technology and the latest offerings from leading national luxury brands like AZ Hardwoods, Brizo, BMW, Circa Lighting, Challenger Design, Crestron, Dunn Edwards, Hunter Douglas, Philip Jeffries and Viking Range, along with local favorites including Central AZ Supply and Solstice Stone.

The ICONIC HAUS presented earlier this year — different estate — was primed to host approximately 5,000 guests in-person, where the public could tour and be inspired by the design, technology and innovation the showhouse had to offer. While COVID-19 altered those plans with the Governor’s stay-at-home order issued days before opening, ICONIC LIFE publisher Renee Dee acted quickly to turn the event into VIRTUAL ICONIC HAUS within days, including an elegant video tour that has seen more than 52,000 virtual tourees to date. Dee anticipates this virtual event to be even grander, having established how to create success virtually.

COVID-19 Protocols:
ICONIC HAUS will feature select, very small private fundraising events and private VIP tours. ICONIC HAUS is committed to creating a safe environment for its very limited guests and private media showings. Upon entry, all entry, sliding and passage doors will be open to eliminate touching handles and to increase airflow. Masks are provided upon entry and are expected to be worn during touring. A hand sanitizing station is located near the entry. Visitors are asked to socially distance. The HAUS is cleaned and sanitized regularly.

WHAT: An 18-day virtual luxury designer showhouse featuring work from the Valley’s top interior designers and artists created to inspire and awe.
