JA Hosts Open House of updated BizTown

A free community open house to learn more about Junior Achievement of Arizona while exploring major updates to JA BizTown.

Open to the public on Thursday, November 3, 2022 from 5-8 p.m at JA BizTown, located at 636 W. Southern Ave. in Tempe.

The community is invited to come get a first-hand look at some of the many education programs used to enrich the lives of Arizona’s students. Bring your friends, family, co-workers for and experience the Passport Tour through BizTown, where you will learn how our partners shape the community and economy every day and see the latest shops to come to the student-sized town. You’ll also be able to meet JA students and hear about the impact JA has had on their lives. Enjoy light food, an open bar, games, activities and raffle. Every guest gets one raffle ticket and can purchase/win more. This event is a great opportunity to network with other professionals, educators and influencers in the community.

About Junior Achievement of Arizona
Junior Achievement of Arizona (JA) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that equips Arizona students to succeed in work and life by giving them the knowledge and skills they need to manage their money, plan for their future, and make smart academic, career and economic choices. Since 1957, JA has taught kids, kindergarten through high school, about financial literacy, work readiness and entrepreneurship. The organization’s hands-on, age-appropriate programs are delivered by more than 8,000 corporate and community volunteers. Despite educational obstacles during the pandemic, JA reached more than 100,000 students in the 2020-2021 school year. Follow @JAArizona on social media or visit jaaz.org/resources for more free online educational tools.
