First-Annual Integrity at Work Giveaway Aims to Ignite More Acts of Integrity in the Workplace
Integrity Summit 11, America’s top-ranked integrity empowerment event, will be held from 8:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. on October 12, 2022 at Chateau Luxe Event Center (1175 E. Lone Cactus Dr.). It is celebrating the start of its second decade by launching the first ever Acts of Integrity at Work $100 Giveaway. This giveaway aligns with Integrity Summit’s core mission: to foster integrity for better workplace environments and successes.
The Integrity Summit Weekly $100 Integrity Tigers at Work Giveaway, which is being held from now until October 30, 2022, encourages co-workers to nominate co-workers for acts of integrity that they’ve seen at work. If selected for the Giveaway, the integrity act co-worker gets $50 and the nominator co-worker gets $50, plus each gets a $600 VIP seat at Integrity Summit 11. Acts of integrity include giving credit to other people’s work, fully completing tasks (and going above and beyond), helping the organization save money, stepping up to help a co-worker, and reporting stealing, harassment or other workplace crimes. People can nominate a co-worker by visiting integritysummit.com/integrity100.
Integrity Summit is known for showcasing real integrity stories from iconic leaders of business, government, non-profit, media and education. Eventgoers will not find mundane corporate slide presentations. The summit was founded after international sports and business legend Jerry Colangelo partnered up with friend and consultant, Gregg Ostro, GO Media Company’s award-winning CEO and community leader to fight against the eroding moral compass in organizations. Colangelo, with Ostro moderating, presented on integrity to over 1,000 business graduate students. After polling the audience, they learned that cheating and integrity breaches in schools and workplaces were at 90%, shocking the duo. To help turn the tide away from choosing wrong over right, Colangelo and Ostro created Integrity Summit in 2011, where nationally and internationally recognized integrity leaders had a space to get real about integrity in the workplace and offer actual experiences and methods to make integrity more dominant. Integrity Summit shares proven secrets and strategies that can be implemented quickly to empower more integrity at work.
“It’s time to start recognizing and rewarding acts of integrity instead of cleaning up the costly, demoralizing messes when someone chooses wrong over right, †said Gregg Ostro, co-founder of Integrity Summit and GO Media Companies. “Jerry and I want to turn the tide towards integrity because integrity makes work life so much better and empowers people and entire organizations to reach their greatest potential.â€
This year, the Integrity Summit will feature mini workshops that will provide an interactive experience for eventgoers. Participants will be able to ask questions in real-time about different workplace scenarios.
“From a bottom-line view, more integrity at work brings financial and other tangible, measurable benefits. A robust, active integrity pillar in the workplace has proven that legal and liability insurance costs go down, theft or other shrinkage goes down, employee turnover goes down, while attraction, satisfaction and retainment of top employees goes up,†Colangelo said. “Gregg and I created the Integrity Summit to foster positive workplaces where everyone values integrity.â€
Speakers will have the chance to share their fascinating experiences that audience members can learn from during the Integrity Icons Real Integrity Stories + Proven Strategies segment. The line-up consists of Arizona’s top leaders within business, government, non-profit organizations and journalism. Each speaker will share their stories and strategies on how to establish workplace integrity and the benefits it brings to business.
This year’s speaker lineup (with new additions coming) currently includes:
• Ray Schey, Phoenix Business Journal

Integrity Summit is attended by top leaders and their teams, stakeholders, major customers, and decision makers in the business, healthcare, government, non-profit and education fields. Longtime supporter of Integrity Summit, Peter Fine, CEO of Banner Health, supports the summit’s mission and purpose.
