HomeSmart, headquartered in Scottsdale, is relocating the office at 32nd St. and Camelback to Arcadia. This new office is located at 4040 E. Camelback Rd. Suite 165. HomeSmart has a total of 12 corporate branch offices across the Valley.

Nestled between Scottsdale and Phoenix, this centrally located office is close to the Biltmore area with easy access to Central Phoenix and beyond. This new location will allow the company to expand its reach to the niche community in Arcadia.

This 2,400 square foot facility will have five private offices and two conference rooms. It will feature amenities such as no cost copying and printing for HomeSmart agents, a full kitchen and agent workstations. Hours of operation will be 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday and a 24/7 key card access for HomeSmart agents.
