Golf Tournament Raises Over $1.1 Million for Phoenix Children’s
23rd Annual Phoenix Children’s Golf Tournament Directly Benefits Patients

PHOENIX – On Friday, Nov. 18, the 23rd annual Phoenix Children’s Golf Tournament, presented by CBRE and MJ Insurance, raised a record-breaking amount of more than $1.1 million for the Hope Fund. The event took place at Troon North Golf Club in North Scottsdale. After more than two decades, the classic tournament has raised over $9.3 million for the children in the community. The money will continue to help patients seek treatment, clinical trials and care in Arizona. Events like the annual golf tournament, provide a network of donor support, that allows Phoenix Children’s to offer world-class facilities and resources close to home.
“We wouldn’t be able to do the work we do without the support of our community,” said Steve Schnall, Phoenix Children’s Foundation senior vice president and chief development officer. “We cannot express our gratitude enough for everyone involved with the tournament. They have no idea what powerful impact they have on the organization and community.”
Proceeds from this year’s tournament will benefit the Phoenix Children’s Hope Fund, that goes to support the area of greatest need to help ensure patients and families receive the care they need when they need it most. The golf tournament further aids Phoenix Children's in delivering world-class care and treatment, conducting leading-edge research and finding cures for sick and injured children close to home.

The 2022 Golf Co-Chairs, Pat Moore and Jason Pritchett, and golf committee member, Jason Adler, played major roles in the planning of the tournament. Phoenix Children’s would like to honor and thank them for their time and commitment.

“It really doesn’t get more rewarding than this,” said Moore. “It was my pleasure to assist Phoenix Children’s. Seeing the amount of money raised and the level of participation was extremely fulfilling.”
This year’s golf event was made possible by incredible support from sponsors including, Angry Crab Shack, Crescent Crown, Ewing Irrigation & Landscape Supply, GardaWorld, Hensley, Kitchell, Larry H. Miller Dealerships, Plexus Worldwide, Pure Insurance, Talking Stick Resort and VIP Mortgage.
World-class treatment and care for children in Arizona requires world-class talent.
