FSL Hires New Development Director

FSL (Foundation for Senior Living) is pleased to announce Amy O’Sullivan has joined the nonprofit as development director. In her new role, she will oversee fundraising strategy, corporate partnerships and volunteer management.

“I am so excited to become a member of the FSL team,” said O’Sullivan. “I look forward to helping build a strong culture of philanthropy and further the mission to actively improve the lives of Arizonans. The team has big goals and a strong vision for the future, and I can’t wait to jump in and pursue these together.”

She’s spent 25 years in the Valley in various retail and nonprofit roles. Most recently, she served as development director at Ryan House and prior to that she was Director of Institutional Advancement at Xavier College Preparatory in Phoenix. O’Sullivan also serves as board chair for the Association of Fundraising Professionals Greater Arizona Chapter.

A California native, O’Sullivan holds a B.A. degree in Organizational Communication and a minor in Business from Arizona State University. She also holds her Certified Fundraising Executive (CFRE) designation.
