FSL Elects Paula Osterday, RN to Board of Directors
By Lindsay Hansen - Friday Mar 08, 2024
FSL (Foundation for Senior Living) is pleased to announce the election of registered nurse, community organizer and fundraising consultant Paula Osterday to its Board of Directors.

“We are excited to have Paula join us on the board,” said Tami Bohannon, president and CEO of FSL. “Her long career in healthcare paired with her experience in elevating local leaders and coalitions in Phoenix and Tucson is an invaluable asset as we continue to grow FSL’s programs and services in line with our mission to make Arizona a safe place to age.”

Osterday has dedicated her professional life to the service of others. She joins the FSL board with 10 years of experience as a community organizer and professional fundraising consultant, having directed three capital campaigns to build more than $29 million worth of school facilities for two Catholic high schools. She established development and endowment programs, established fundraising procedures, and managed relationships with donors and alumni.

As a community organizer, she built coalitions with city governments, county officials, state politicians and more to address the public policy issues most heavily impacting low- and middle-income families. While she worked on public policy in healthcare, housing, and education, she also worked diligently to identify and develop leaders from impoverished communities.

Osterday has more than 20 years of experience as a registered nurse leading teams in the intensive care unit, post-anesthesia recovery, and in a private cardiology practice. She is the owner and founder of Inner Health Now, LLC, a private practice helping clients with a variety of energy medicine practices. As a senior development officer of For Impact, Osterday leads fundraising initiatives to drive change by serving the best social sector organizations in the world and working on the most pressing social issues of our time.
