The craft cocktail menu features a unique selection of beverages created with house made fresh juices and a selection of local craft beers. Foch offers a full menu to dine-in guest and a grab & go section (Foch Market) with hot and cold items, freshly baked pastries and coffee bar. It will also feature unique gelato flavors that can be paired with crêpes.
Chef Timothy Richardson, born and raised in Arizona, started culinary school right after high school at Le Cordon Bleu. There, he trained with French technique. For 16 years, Richardson has worked a wide range of concepts from cantinas to fine dining—including his last role as senior sous chef at the Biltmore in Phoenix.
