DOWNTOWN TEMPE PLANS SUNDAY FUN-DAYS TO KICK OFF FALL-O-WEEN

It’s sure to be a fun-filled fall with the return of several popular family-friendly fun events in Downtown Tempe. Favorites like the Second Sundays on Mill series and annual Halloween Stroll ensure Sundays will be fun-days in Tempe this October. Visitors of all ages can enjoy oodles of free activities while soaking up the spectacular seasonal weather, supporting local businesses and enjoying the excitement and energy that is uniquely Tempe.
The second annual Second Sundays on Mill series kicks off on Sunday, Oct. 9. The outdoor market features more than 70 local artisans and makers offering a wide selection of handcrafted items. The free event also includes pop-up street performances, live music from local musicians, mini golf, jumbo lawn games and more. Refueling for more fun is also easy with the wide selection of delicious eats and treats that can be found at Tempe’s local restaurants, as well as family-friendly snack and beverage vendors on site. 2nd Sundays on Mill (downtowntempe.com)
Also sure to be a hit with families this fall, the 2022 Halloween Stroll will be returning this Sunday, Oct. 30 from 2-5 p.m. Taking place at 6th Street Park, the not-so-spooky event includes Halloween-themed games, crafts, a costume contest, and trick-or-treating courtesy of local merchants around the Downtown area. The 2022 Halloween Stroll will take place in 6th Street Park, in Downtown Tempe from 2-5 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 30.
