Delta Dental of Arizona Earns 9th Consecutive Center of Excellence Recognition from BenchmarkPortal

For the ninth time, Delta Dental of Arizona has earned the Center of Excellence certification by BenchmarkPortal. The Center of Excellence recognition is one of the most prestigious awards in the customer service and support industry, demonstrating Delta Dental’s commitment to providing superior customer care.

Contact centers achieve the Center of Excellence distinction based on best-practice metrics drawn from the world’s largest database of objective and quantitative data that is audited and validated by researchers from BenchmarkPortal. BenchmarkPortal only awards the “Center of Excellence” designation to customer service contact centers that rank in the top 10% of the contact centers surveyed, demonstrating superior performance on both cost-related metrics and quality-related metrics compared with their industry peers.

Earlier this year, Delta Dental of Arizona received the title of “Best Agent Retention” in BenchmarkPortal’s Top Contact Centers Contest. In addition to the 2023 awards, Delta Dental of Arizona was previously named the “Top Contact Center” by BenchmarkPortal in 2022. Due to Delta Dental of Arizona’s commitment to providing a great customer experience, the company was also awarded “Lowest Abandon Rate” and “Best Agent Retention “in 2022.

In 2023 and for the seventh consecutive year, Delta Dental of Arizona also earned the Healthy Arizona Worksites Program (HAWP) Award for its implementation of evidence-based health initiatives to improve the well-being of their employees, employees’ families, and communities. For the first time, Delta Dental was honored with the HAWP Platinum Award, previously earning the Gold Award in each of the past six years. The Platinum Award – the highest level of recognition – is presented to businesses making an impact both within and beyond their walls addressing one or more of the many health challenges impacting communities across the state. Delta Dental of Arizona was also named the 2023 Arizona Champion of Change Large Business of the Year.
