Intel is pleased to announce Dawn Jones, Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officer and Vice President of Social Impact, was selected by Phoenix Business Journal as one of Arizona’s Most Admired Leaders in 2022. The award recognizes industry leaders who demonstrate a commitment to excellence through corporate-giving programs, board service and volunteerism.

Dawn’s leadership, advocacy, and expertise are driving Intel forward towards achieving their ambitious corporate responsibility strategy and 2030 goals, focused on accelerating the integration of responsible, inclusive, and sustainable practices at Intel and across the technology industry. One of the goals Intel is making significant progress towards under Dawn’s leadership is a workforce goal to exceed 40% representation for women in technical roles and double the number of women and underrepresented minorities in senior leadership by 2030.
