David Shapiro Law Welcomes Attorney Jessica Zink to Personal Injury Team
By Christina Caldwell - Wednesday Mar 17, 2021
David Shapiro Law, PLLC, a leading personal injury firm in Arizona, is proud to announce it has hired attorney Jessica Zink. In her role, Zink actively represents plaintiffs in cases involving motor vehicle crashes, dram shop, premises liability and wrongful death.

“Jessica is a stellar addition to our already first-class team of attorneys,” said David Shapiro, owner and founding attorney at David Shapiro Law. “Her passion for helping personal injury victims and her reputation as a tough litigator aligns perfectly with our firm’s purpose to bring aggressive and high-quality representation to our clients. And to top it off, Jessica is our first- fluent Spanish speaking attorney. Jessica’s addition will certainly enhance the Firm’s ability to attract and represent the Hispanic community, an important and growing demographic in our population.”

Zink has an intimate understanding of the complexities of the civil legal system. She received her law degree from the University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law in 2013 and is licensed in Arizona and admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court in Arizona.

Jessica is a member of Arizona Association of Justice, Maricopa County Bar Association and a member of the State Bar of Arizona.

“David Shapiro Law has the same goals as I do: to help people,” Zink said. “That requires making every effort to put my client’s life back together, engaging in the legal process and partaking in aggressive negotiation and litigation, and achieving the best settlement, award, or jury verdict possible. The attorneys here at David Shapiro Law are successful at doing just that. I am proud and excited to join this elite, growing law firm of trial attorneys with women represented at the very highest levels.”

A St. Louis, Missouri native, Zink received her B.A. in music at the University of Missouri and was named to the Dean’s List throughout her undergraduate studies. She continues her interest in music in her free time, as well as spending time outdoors and with family and friends.
