Cypress HomeCare Solutions, Bob Roth, Finalist for 2023 Health Care Heroes Award
By Michelle Talsma Everson - Tuesday Jul 11, 2023
Cypress HomeCare Solutions, a leading home care company providing quality, individualized and compassionate care to clients aging gracefully at home, announced today that Bob Roth, managing partner, was named a finalist for the 2023 Phoenix Business Journal’s Health Care Heroes Awards.

The selection consisted of 27 finalists in nine categories for its 24th Annual Health Care Heroes awards event. These leaders were selected from the Valley’s medical community for their tireless commitment and selfless dedication as physicians, nurses, educators, administrators and volunteers. Health Care Heroes are selected and judged based on nominations from industry professionals and the business community.

"I am deeply honored to be recognized as a finalist in the non-physician category for the prestigious Phoenix Business Journal's Health Care Heroes awards,” said Bob Roth, co-founder and managing partner of Cypress HomeCare Solutions.

Bob assisted in creating Cypress with his family in 1994. His unwavering commitment to this business has been a vital part of the healthcare continuum, and Bob is breaking down barriers through innovation and access to care. From individualized care plans, affordable new models allowing increased access, innovation through the use of technology and AI to care for more people, to helping reduce hospital admissions and readmissions through his home care model are just a few examples as to why Bob has been selected for this prestigious award. He has even been an integral part of helping specific legislation pass in the state of Arizona on behalf of protecting our aging population.

“Knowing that my devotion to this industry is making a meaningful impact on the lives and families that we serve within our community is humbling. Being a finalist for the third time fills me with hope and excitement, as I believe that this time around, the charm of success will be on my side. I am grateful for this incredible acknowledgment and will continue striving to be a healthcare hero, providing compassionate care and making a difference every day in the lives of the older adults and the families that we serve."

The winners will be unveiled on Thursday, Aug. 24 during a morning awards presentation at Heard Museum in Phoenix.
