Chey Joey Concepts Debuts New Event Series: Chef Joey Craft Cocktail Club

The Maggiore Group, the restaurant powerhouse team behind Hash Kitchen, The Mexicano, The Rosticceria, The Sicilian Butcher and The Sicilian Baker, along with Chef Joey Concepts are excited to announce their newest event series, the Chef Joey Craft Cocktail Club. Hosted by notable Chef Joey Maggiore, the experience kicks off with its first event, the Amaro Party, on Wednesday, February 28, 2024, at 5:30 p.m. at The Rosticceria located at 12811 N Tatum Blvd in Phoenix.
The Amaro Party will be an evening filled with exciting libations where cocktail enthusiasts can dive further into knowledge about aperitifs and digestifs. Guests will indulge in a curated selection of four beverages that incorporate amaro, including three 2-ounce cocktail tasters and the specialty 4-ounce cocktail of the month. This month’s specialty cocktail, The Banano, features a tantalizing blend of Gin, Edmond Briottet Crème de Banane, Lemon, Amaro Nonino, finished with a delicate mist of absinthe. Each cocktail is expertly paired with delectable bites crafted by Chef Joey’s newest concept, The Rosticceria, which opened in December.
The cocktail event series will benefit the Tomaso Maggiore Culinary Arts Foundation (TMCAF), whose mission is to raise the level of professionalism and excellence in all aspects of the culinary industry in the Valley through education, internships, externships and international immersion programs. Partnered with esteemed institutions like the Careers Through Culinary Arts Program and Northern Arizona University, TMCAF aims to foster the growth of culinary professionals in the Phoenix market and beyond.
Beyond philanthropy, the Chef Joey Craft Cocktail Club aims to redefine the city's social scene and establish itself as a premier destination for food enthusiasts and philanthropists alike.
