GLENDALE, Ariz. – Westgate Entertainment District is ringing in 2024 with its New Year’s Eve Live! event on Dec. 31 from 8 p.m. to 2 a.m. The block party will be held at WaterDance Plaza and hosted by Salt Tacos y Tequila, The Lola, Fat Tuesday, Carousel Arcade Bar, McFadden’s Social House and Bodega. Westgate’s New Year’s Eve Live! will be headlined by EDM group Cheat Codes, along with supporting DJ performances, fireworks, a communal, midnight countdown and more.

Tickets will give guests access to six bars, each with scenic views of the plaza’s fountain and night sky. From these patios, patrons can comfortably watch the countdown and celebratory rooftop fireworks. Additionally, guests are free to roam the open-air areas of the plaza to enjoy the night’s festivities.

“Westgate is celebrating four years of New Year's Eve Live! and is thrilled to ring in 2024 with local residents and visitors,” said Jessica Kubicki, Director of Marketing for YAM Properties. “Between the scenic atmosphere of some of our most beloved restaurants and incredible dance music from Cheat Codes, we will embody Westgate’s slogan, ‘Where fun happens’, this New Years’ Eve!”

Cheat Codes will be joining a list of legends, such as Tim McGraw, Marshmello, The Chainsmokers, Filmore and Baily Zimmerman, who have played in Westgate’s WaterDance Plaza. They are a Los Angeles trio and musical force that hopscotches through genres of electronic, dance, pop and now country, leaving an impact of innovation and collaboration through pop culture. The group’s stream tally eclipses a staggering six billion plays. Maintaining a prolific pace, they’ve steadily amassed a diverse discography, including the platinum Pop Radio Top 5 smash “No Promises” [feat. Demi Lovato] and the gold-certified “Feels Great” [feat. Fetty Wap & CVBZ].

Event tickets are available through the Tixr website and can be accessed via http://www.westgateaz.com/nye. Pricing starts at $45 for general admission. VIP options are also available where patrons can select special stage-front ticket options that include light bites and a full bar.

This event is for patrons 21 and over with a valid photo ID (see link for Valid ID requirements per AZ state law). Westgate’s New Year’s Eve Live! is rain or shine. All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges. The stadium clear bag policy will be in effect.
