Produced by La Canasta Mexican Food Products Inc., the family and woman-owned My Nana's “Best Tasting” tortilla chips are set to add a delicious crunch to the festival's culinary offerings on Saturday, March 9, 2024.

A staple in the Valley, My Nana's “Best Tasting” tortilla chips will compliment the festival's commitment to showcasing traditional Mexican cuisine with their authentic roots and flavor.

• Family-owned and woman-operated La Canasta Mexican Food Products Inc., home of My Nana’s “Best Tasting” products, are made in their Phoenix-based manufacturing facility, founded in 1962 by Richard and Carmen Abril. Today My Nana’s Best Tasting products can be found in grocery stores and food service establishments throughout the Southwest region.

• At La Canasta Mexican Food Products Inc., thousands of pounds of whole-kernel corn and flour are processed every hour, cooked, cooled, and packaged. The manufacturing processes have been perfected using automated processing equipment producing over 2.5 million tortillas daily. Today, under the leadership of daughter Josie Ippolito, the company has its sights set high on growth, expansion and new product development.
