Arizona Oncology Moves Locations in Goodyear to Provide Additional Treatment Services to West Valley Patients
By Christina Caldwell - Tuesday Aug 23, 2022
Arizona Oncology, one of the largest cancer centers in the state with more than 70 physicians, has moved to a larger Goodyear location at 13555 W. McDowell Rd., Suite 105. The location will allow for the treatment of more patients in a community setting with 8,998 square-feet of treatment space, compared to the previous 5,146 square-foot space.

With the latest move, Arizona Oncology will treat all forms of cancer and provide state-of-the-art services in outpatient chemotherapy, diet and nutrition services, genetic testing and genetic risk assessments. New to Goodyear, patients will also have access to on-site radiation services.

“Our patients and their satisfaction is the most important factor in this move,” said Dr. Nagaiah at Arizona Oncology. “In each of our practices, Arizona Oncology aims to create a seamless treatment experience for our patients so they can focus on the most important part – healing. Our expanded Goodyear clinic will help us meet the demand for state-of-the-art cancer care in the West Valley community.”

Physician specialists at the Goodyear location include Jennifer O’Neill, breast surgical oncologist and Govardhanan Nagaiah, medical oncologist. Radiation Oncologist Dr. Neil D’Souza will be joining the team in September.

Arizona Oncology patients are additionally supported by a welcoming staff of certified social workers, board-certified dietitians, lab specialists and pharmacists.

The Goodyear office will host an open house for the West Valley community on Thursday, September 15 from 5-7 p.m. to provide information on a variety of cancer treatments, including radiation, surgical and chemotherapy. Arizona Oncology is the only Goodyear cancer treatment facility to offer all three treatments in one convenient location.
The event will also include a live breast cancer biopsy demonstration from Dr. O’Neill.

Arizona Oncology Goodyear is accompanied by Arizona Oncology’s other statewide locations in Scottsdale, Glendale, Green Valley, Phoenix, Prescott, Prescott Valley and Tucson.

The Network is supported by McKesson Corporation, whose coordinated resources and infrastructure allow doctors in The Network to focus on the health of their patients, while McKesson focuses on the health of their practices.
