Locally owned and operated, Angry Crab Shack, donates more than $75,000 to Phoenix Children’s Hospital and the Pediatric Health Care Initiative Ordinance.
Since Angry Crab Shack’s partnership with the hospital began in 2017, the seafood restaurant has donated more than $200,000 to date. As part of its giveback initiatives, Angry Crab Shack donates $1 from every order of Phoenix Children’s Fries and root beer floats sold to the hospital.
The Pediatric Health Care Initiative Ordinance enables the City of Phoenix City Council to accept private donations to support increased payments from the Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System (AHCCCS) to Phoenix Children’s.
About Angry Crab Shack
Locally owned and operated, Angry Crab Shack was founded in 2013 by Ron Lou with the headquarters in Mesa, Arizona. It is not the traditional crab in a bag boil, but rather a hands-on dining experience. The menu includes custom seafood boils flavored with Cajun Asian signature sauces with Snow and King Crab, shrimp, crawfish, lobster and Dungeness crab. Angry Crab Shack has ten locations in Arizona with additional restaurants opening this year throughout the state. For more information, please visit angrycrabshack.com.
