16,000-Square-Foot Multi-Specialty Surgery Center Opens up in Paradise Valley
By Claire Natale - Tuesday Aug 24, 2021
Fully Accredited Surgery Facility Provides High-End Experience for Valley Patients and Physicians

As the first of its kind as a fully private physician-owned multi-specialty ambulatory surgery center (ASC) in the Paradise Valley/Scottsdale areas, the Paradise Valley Multi-Specialty Surgery Center is proudly opening its doors August 28 for its first surgical case. Located in the former Lincoln Plaza Medical Center (7125 East Lincoln Drive, Second Floor) directly south from The Ritz-Carlton, this fully accredited AAAHC facility provides surgeons a high-end, resort-like environment to operate in.

Anthony A. Admire, MD, FACS; Michael D. Dersam, MD; William Nordlie, MD; and Esteban Magaña, MD teamed up to build a surgical center that would provide physicians and patients with an exceptional, luxurious atmosphere in the heart of Paradise Valley and Scottsdale. Patients have the option to stay overnight, with luxurious amenities including gourmet food and highly skilled, patient focused staff.

“Throughout this past year, patients who have an elective or medically necessary surgery have a heightened awareness about the risks that they face when going into a hospital—especially during a global pandemic,” said Dr. Admire, co-founder of the Paradise Valley Multi-Specialty Surgery Center. “Our brand-new state of the art facility has oversized operating rooms, the latest in high tech equipment, and a nearly paperless electronic medical records and registration system. Physicians can bring their patients and provide them with all the same things a traditional hospital does but in a luxury environment to help settle their nerves as they go into surgery.”

The surgery center has the capability of doing 40-60 cases per day in multiple specialties including plastic surgery, general surgery, orthopedic surgery, spine, gynecology, ear, nose and throat (ENT), urology, gastrointestinal (GI) and pain. It contains four, oversized operating rooms and two procedure rooms with advanced surgical equipment. The center has a dedicated and fully trained staff to ensure patients and surgeons have a smooth experience. Hours of operation will be Monday – Friday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.
