Chloë Grace Moretz has been acting since she was a child, starting out in TV shows such as “The Guardian,” “My Name Is Earl” and “30 Rock” and graduating into mature films such as “Carrie,” “The Equalizer” and “The Miseducation of Cameron Post.” Her flexibility in a variety of complex characters is as admirable as her seamless transition from child to adult while sidestepping the pitfalls of superstardom that can sometimes plague one-time child stars.

The actress's latest film "Tom and Jerry" just debuted last week. It is a live-action/animation adaptation of the classic Hanna-Barbera cartoon that reveals how Tom and Jerry first meet and build their signature rivalry. Moretz’s character of Kayla is a wedding planner who is enlisted at a posh hotel to ready the property for the wedding of the century while getting rid of the hotel’s “mouse problem.”
