SECOND ANNUAL “LET IT SNOW” EVENT BRINGS DOWNTOWN FAMILIES TOGETHER FOR AN EVENING OF WINTERY FUN AT ASU PREP CAMPUS

Families looking for a place to chill out won’t want to miss the coolest event of the season when ASU Prep Downtown Phoenix brings back its popular “Let It Snow” event. The second annual celebration is filled with tons of winter fun for family members of all ages. The free event, which is open to the public, will take place from 4 to 7 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 15.

Families are encouraged to don their favorite cozy duds and slide into an evening filled with winter-themed fun, including music, bounce houses, hot chocolate, food trucks, face painting, arts and crafts activities, a photo booth and special giveaways. Families can also take guided tours of the ASU Prep campus.

The free neighborhood event is open to local families, including those interested in exploring enrollment at ASU Prep’s Phoenix Downtown K-12 campus, one of 12 area schools within the ASU Preparatory Academy network. ASU Prep’s approach is personalized, project-based and tailored to meet the needs of individual students in diverse communities. It’s all part of an effort to remove barriers and help students pursue their passions, achieve their goals and build a lifelong love of learning.

Registration is required and may be completed online at asuprepevents.com or at the door. Attendees who pre-register will be eligible for special drawings, including an iPad and other cool prizes.
