Beginning with an overview and simple assessment to get a clear picture of how depression affects your daily life, this series will walk you through simple yet powerful techniques to immediately lift your mood and help energize you for life’s daily demands. While these techniques can help lift your energy, continued practice proactively addresses your mood so that depression comes less often, with less intensity.
