Carolyn and Jenn invite you into this safe space to work through the process of grief and loss in your community. Whether you are moving through the grief process after losing a loved one, pet, job, relationship, or loss of self, this workshop has something to offer you.
We will explore the different types of grief and dive deep into practical, helpful strategies for coping with the loss of various kinds. We will cover the five stages of grief, have a guided meditation, time for sharing, journaling, yoga poses, mudras, essential oil to help move through the grief process, and reflection. Sharing is optional, and anything said will be kept in confidence.
