This series will journey through the first 164 pages of the Big Book, Alcoholics Anonymous, with a trauma perspective.
If you have experienced trauma and want to have a new relationship with the Big Book or can not stay sober because of your trauma, this series is for you. It does not matter if you are active in AA or currently not going to meetings. All are welcome.
You will gain clarity on how your trauma can shape your views of sobriety.
This series includes how to find safety in meetings and in AA, AA culture, and what messages you are hearing in meetings and from the fellowship.
