Slow Flow Five Elements Yoga with Joette Maslyk
Joette Maslyk is a certified Yoga Instructor. During Slow Flow Yoga, the pace is meditative, emphasizing peace and calm in body and mind. You hold poses longer, taking several rounds of breath in each pose, instead of moving to each breath like a typical flow yoga. This group is recommended for Intermediate and above Yoga skills.
This group meets weekly on Monday from 6:00 pm - 7:15 pm.
